    Hi Markus,

    Is it the paid add-on you have which is preventing DSM from opening after the Windows 10 update? Can you attach a screenshot of the error message here?

    it is a mp4 video. i have the problem on all pcs what are using the LTSB edition from win 10.

    Hi Markus,

    Can you look at step 2 in this help article and send us screenshots of the event logs from the time of crash? They will show the faulting module.
