    Ops, sorry.

    I have been looking for this few a few days before posting, then found a solution although I still wonder what happened.

    Hello Kevin, It may be that the program was not pointing to the Tech Files. This can be set in Preferences as below.

    The <Default> button will set the path to the default location for the install or you can use Browse to navigate to another folder if you have customised the install.

    I have updated to version 9.0.1 and when I select the Default location as stated above, after I click "apply", than "OK", when I go back into Preferences in the Tech Files box it only shows a backslash "\".

    I previously had the 8.1 program on my PC. I uninstalled that program, went through the registry to verify there was nothing left of the program and removed any information of that version that remained. I also deleted any old 8.1 files that were left.

    If I search the registry for "Tech FIles" (minus the quotes)  I do not find anything.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated since right now I cannot do a Technology Transfer do to this issue.

    @James, there is an updated dll file available from our support team if you wish to contact them.
    It will be released as a patch soon once the Library Loader issue resolved, but if you are happy to manually replace the dll it is available.

    Thank you very much for the option.

    At this time I have gone ahead and backed done to the previous version (not a problem).

    I will wait until the new release comes out.

    @DesignSpark,

    I actually do not mind testing that dll for you if you would like me to.

    It would probably be tomorrow before I could do it though.

    Let me know, James
