Import Step Files

Hello together,

i want to import step files, but i always get a failure message.

Can you help me ?

  Lets ask you some questions.

  What DSM are you using? ( i only use V5 now)...

  Where are you trying to import a stp file from and can you supply the source so others may try ?

  File open/ Import, step (file type option), check the options ( Improve data, Check data - these seem a good idea) and other options, i.e protocols 242, 214, 203 - wrt the options within this panel, i can only suggest you try them all.

  Otherwise, i'm clueless.

  I dont know why, but as i started my computer today, i could import the step files
