DS 9.0 terminates at downloading support.txt file when invoked

    For issues with the software, you need to raise a support request. Use the submit a request link at the top of the page or this link https://designspark.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    The forum is really for discussing the usage of the software with other users.
    However I did look up error 1627 out of interest and it seems quite common for any software where the user is using Wine or Linux, if you are not using Windows software make that clear to the support team, but you may have to resolve a Linux issue yourself.

    I managed this problem. Yes, I use Linux/Wine.

    I recreated .wine subdirectory from fresh Wine 5.0 install and installed

    DS 9.02 without problem.

    It seems that older .wine directory structure contained some file(s) or data that issued error 1627.

    That may be caused by the fact that my machine usually is not connected to internet.

    Is there a way to workaround this every-month logging to DS site for prolonging using it ?

    You have to connect to the internet every month (or two if you accept the warning message), you don't actually have to log in to the DS site, just let DSPCB have access.
