TI's BQ78Z100DRZT is in a VSON12 package. You can download it using the Library Loader.

The downloaded PCB symbol is BQ78Z100DRZT. If you are going to use if for a different component than the TI part, I'd suggest copying or renaming the PCB symbol to something like VSON12-TI.
All I did was search for VSON12 using google to find a part that came in that package, then searched for that part using the Library Loader, and downloaded it. As always, I would suggest doing your own sanity check of the PCB symbol pads vs the data sheet for the actual part you are using for accuracy. Sometimes one manufacturer's recommended PCB pattern will be different than another manufacturer's recommendation for the same nominal package. Sometimes the differences are significant, sometimes they aren't.

You could also search (from the Library Loader) for the actual part you are using, if you are using a different part than the TI BQ78Z100DRZT.

Thanks Brad, I’ve not used the Library Loader, but will give it a try.

    Many thanks!

Wow, Library Loader is INANE... spent over 30 minutes trying to get it to see the downloaded part with no success. What a waste of time.

Chuck, this sequence works well for trouble-free use of the Library Loader:

    • Make sure DS PCB is running before downloading the part.
    • Launch the Library Loader.
    • In the library loader, make sure the Downloads Folder points to the folder you will save the web download to. Most browsers have adjustable settings for handling downloads. The default is usually to just download the file to the current user's Downloads folder. Other choices are to download to a different folder you've specified in the browser's settings, or to ask where it should save the file each time you do a download. If you are using the typical brower's default of the Downloads directory, click the Browse button to the right of the Downloads Folder box in the Library Loader dialog, and select the Downloads directory. (In my case, I set up a separate directory just for DS PCB downloads, specified that in the Library Loader's Downloads Folder box. I have my browser set to prompt me to choose where to save the downloads to each time, and choose the folder I reserved for DS PCB downloads whenever downloading DS PCB related items.)
    • Click the Search for Parts link in the Library Loader to start your search.
    • Find and download the part you are interested in, making sure it is saved to the same folder you specified as the Downloads Folder in the Library Loader dialog.
    • The part as downloaded from the web is a zip archive.l
    • The Library Loader will notice the newly downloaded file in the Downloads Folder, and extract it to the DS PCB libraries set using the Settings button on the Library Loader Dialog. (I use user.ssl, user.psl, and user.cml as the destination libraries for the extracted symbols and component.)

Thanks Brad for your steps... when I download I get a "click settings in Design Spark PCB" with no other instructions... breaks here. not wasting anymore time on it... been a SW developer for 30 years, this is an AWEFUL process. I could have drawn it 3 times already...

Chuck Van Dien, from what you describe, if the issue is "click settings in Library Loader" you are probably using v9 which has a bug related to working with Library Loader  as reported in our "Status" FAQ for which we apologise. A new version 9.0.2 and a patch for v9 will be available on our servers tomorrow. A our beta testers have found this to operate successfully.

If you contact our support team they will also assist https://designspark.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
