Tiled Window Layout - Designspark PCB (free version)

I have a twin monitor PC setup. Is it possible to store the vertically tiled windows to avoid having to resize &  re-arrange the windows everytime I restart?

  No, I am not aware of any settings in DSPCB or Windows to save these settings.
  Pro handles this differently with multi-monitor support.
