"Stable" release
RéponduI've been using your software for years and I love it. I'm just a hobbyist who owns a 3D printer and your program has been a great tool, thank you. Upgrade to V4 was great and it has been a great experience even compared to other software that you can use for free like fusion 360 which I've been trying to avoid even though the other 99% of the hobbyists use it while I told them DSM is better (and it is)... I tried V5 beta and it was cool but I kept using V4 waiting for the stable version. Then you released the "stable" version and... Oh hell, what can I say?. Now I can't log in cause I get the message "reached maximum number of installations" so I go to my profile to try to deactivate any other installation and that''s not even an option. I created another account so I could use the software and after a while I get the message that "DSM can't be upgraded blah blah blah" and the program blocks itself -even though you already said you fixed this on the server side-. Now it seems I lost a project in which I've been working for weeks and I made the mistake to open and save in the new V5 "stable" release.

You shouldn't get the maximum activations warning anymore. We've increased the limit of DSM copies on your profile.
Regarding the 'DSM can't be upgraded.." message, can you send us a log file from the most recent session where this happened? The logs are all in this folder: %AppData%\SpaceClaim\Log Files
Just paste it into Windows Explorer and it'll load the correct folder. Send us the ones starting with 'SpaceClaim...'

Luis.
That you have lost work is terrible.
All i can say is i made many parts in the V5 Beta and everything changing to V5 release all worked well - all the V5 Beta parts are loading and saving without problems.
I did not have the complications of additional modules etc.
I say again, that changing to the stable V5 has lost you work is terrible.

Dear DSM team,
Thank you very much for your prompt reply and solution. I just got home and was able to log without problems into V5.
I opened a file and I haven't received any warning messages until now so I guess everything is OK.
Many, many, thanks again, for the amazing software and for the help.1 -
