Limitation on License Activations?

I've been using DSM for about 2 years now, and every time I'm going on a trip, I'll refresh my license so that I can use the program while I'm away (because I may or may not have internet access and can't let that stop my productivity). 

This time, I received the following message. 

I didn't know there was a limit. How many reactivations is it?

I thought it would be because of assemblies and animations, but perhaps I've outgrown DSM just by circumstance. Any advice?

  I have just got a new laptop and tried to run designspark and get the same message.  I have been using DS for many years on the old one?  How do I get off the old one onto the new?
