Assembly Tool Bar

How do I activate the Assembly tool bar? I've tried to create a few assemblies using the Move command, which is kludgy to say the least. I can see the toolbar icons when the program first starts, but they go away and I can't get to them later. I really would like to use constraints such as Mate, Align and Offset.

  I think the Assembly toolbar you are talking about is part of the full version of Spaceclaim. I don't know why it should appear temporarily.
