Would it posible to add a fill pattern to the power planes and copper pour areas?

This is becoming a problem for capacitive touch switches.

  You can manually add a pattern. Not an 'instant' result, but I used this technique successfully several years back.

  This was the technique I used to overcome the issue however it was difficult to work around vias, although I may have misunderstood some part of this method.

  Seems like an excellent new feature request...  Ideally should allow import of a graphic file to allow for the greatest flexibility, even if a few generic patterns are also available...
