To help me understand,  please post an image of ' The generated STL files seem to show 0 mm '

I wonder if the two computers both meet the minimum system requirements? Graphic card requirements often change.

How do I know the exact hardware and software specifications for DS Mechanical? – DesignSpark Support (zendesk.com)

Both computers are "modern" and have Windows 10 (64 bit). The computers fulfills more than the requirements mentioned in the link. Also, DesignSpark Mechanical worked fine for many years on the PC where it is now causing problems. I attach an object that was opened in "3D Builder". This program shows the size of the object.

    Hello Ottilie,

I think your problem requires an official support ticket. Please complete necessary requested fields of software versions etc.

Sorry, I personally lack the necessary knowledge to help with.stl and Cura.

DesignSpark Support> ( from drop down menu by user name ) >Submit an request>DesignSpark Software Support Ticket.

    Ottlie,

Have you checked the DSM geometry ?

Original geometry issues can cascade down. Best to check integrity.

No error was detected, yet it does not work.

    For DSM, yes, no error...

However, if you are mixing solids and faces ( as i detect in your post above), then importing stl back into DSM gives the following warning of yellow triangle .

I do not know if this could be a problem - please investigate yourself...if you only export / import stl as a complete solid, does it solve the issue?
