This only seems to happen if I select the corner point. If I select one line then the other everything is fine.

That certainly helps with the outer radii, but still the inner ones give me trouble, although the first two went perfectly, attempting the third just wouldn't do the right thing:

So , initially there wasn't a problem - then i deleted the inner rads and corner trimmed back together . then totally hopeless!

But it's possible to do this...

    and with selection...

Are those surfaces or solids you're pulling rounds on?

And I made a discovery. (In 2D) If I do all the inner radii first, there is no problem.

And then after, doing the outside works okay to0:

Seems to only be trouble if you radius the outers first then the inners go haywire.

Last week i've not been thinking correctly - i'm making mistakes , not being clear / precise.

Yes, those are surfaces - apply a pull round to vertex positions etc, then selection of a single round but apply a change to all by using 'selection' to collect all the common features.

I would usually though, make a single face using constraint sketcher and pattern that  - subsequent pulling into a solid, adding features / rounds - anything etc, effects all instances.

The gifs are thoughtless rubbish - sorry.

    Tim,

I'd never thought to pull rounds on a surface, that is easier than rounding them in the sketch. Thanks.

As for the constraint stuff. The only purpose of these surfaces is to be used as a cutter and thrown away in the process. I also don't have constraints enabled. 1) the loss of Equations; 2) I still fail to see the benefit of expending all that effort just to throw it away as soon as the sketch ends.
