"SAVE TO LIBRARY" Missing from schematic symbol design AND tries to save as *.* only???

If I make a new schematic symbol in the Library Manager and then try to save it, it brings up a folder where a have saved my main schematic or something(I'm not sure why it brings up the folder that it does) but the issue is it just saves it as a generic file with no extension. Even if I try to add it to the USER file it does this and trying to edit existing symbols that once worked.

Any ideas? I am using 9.0.3

  Well, that's most peculiar! There was an issue with V9.0.3 when it was first uploaded that affected library saves, but not in the same way as I recall when testing.

  Try running the patch update again to ensure you have a correct install and if that doesn't fix it you will need to discuss with support. https://designspark.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

  Reinstalling it appears to have solved the issue
