DesignSpark V9.0 fails to authorise with Wine & Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS

I had DesignSpark working nicely via Wine on Ubuntu 18.04.  However, since upgrading to Ubuntu 20.04.1 it now fails to start.  All I get is an error pop-up box which contains just the text:  "12157 :" and nothing else.

I tried a fresh installation and tried to register a new authorisation.  Again, the same result.

Any ideas?
