Restoring Technology Files

I accidentally saved over one of the supplied technology files. How do I restore a technology file to its "factory default" condition?

  Probably the easiest is to contact Support from the "Submit a request" option under your log in at the top right.

  I think it should be possible by using Add/Remove from within Windows, but there seems to be a bug with this which I have reported. If you select what appears to be the option to refresh Libraries or Technology, it does BUT it uninstalls the application!
