The following is some general guidance to help us to support our users which requires your assistance!
Please use this community forum page to ask questions on how to achieve a particular solution, provide answers (this is very important - you don't have to be an expert), share ideas and show how you have resolved a problem. Asking the community will provide the broadest discussions related to possible solutions which we will all benefit from.
If something does not appear to work please ask the community to see if it is a common issue and has a solution, however if this is identified as a possible error always raise a support ticket and provide full details to our support team such that it can be investigated and resolved for a future release.
Please also consider beta testing at the next release. With the many different user requirements and the large number of options and configurations available the more user beta testing for their specific requirements the greater the chance of detecting issues before the final release.
