D3 image incorrect.
After completing the layout, singe sided bottom , the 3d image top view IS the BOTTOM layout (as if the copper should be on top). Looking at the copper on the bottom it is a mirror image of what it should be.

It's hard to suggest anything from these details.
Can you post a screen capture of the 3D view and also your PCB view with the interaction bar (use F9 key), and click layers so the layers can be seen.

Notice fuse in left hand top and 3 components evenly spaced at the bottom of the images is the same. For the component side view, the fuse should be bottom left and 3 components on the top of the image.0 -
Used v 8.1 . Technology = default Single sided copper on bottom

Hello Phillip, DesignSpark PCB is always a top down view when designing the PCB, you cannot view the PCB from the bottom side. The components should be positioned and orientated as you wish to see them looking at the PCB from the top (component side) and the tracks placed as if you can see through the board.

Tank you, much appreciated.
Started 40 years ago (on and off) doing PCB layouts using a number of technologies started with Rubylith (photography and darkroom exposure etc) , trackset and a number of different CAD (ish) systems. Have not done a layout in anger for 25 years. Now a top view is new. I will have to check the component models and data sheets used to be bottom view ??
Thanks ----will start again.
