Yes please.  This would be a big help.  There are workarounds for this, but they are rather tedious, and can give varying results, and cause users to have to invoke third party tools that do not always play nice.

Note, I tried to vote for this, and it turned it from a 0 to a negative 1.

    Hello A C:

I would imagine you can correct the -1 to +1 easily by editing it after you log in.

My suspicion is that as much as it would be preferable to be able to import an image file and have DSPCB convert it to DXF internally, without the need for a 3rd-party tool, this particular suggestion will not be implemented in the soon to be released 8.x, if at all, considering there are workarounds.  But perhaps in a future update.

I tried after I logged in, but to no avail.

As to your other comment about it not being implemented due to availability of other third party tools, I do hope that is not the approach that is taken as if that were taken to its ultimate logical conclusion, DesignSpark PCB would also not exist as there are other tools.  I do agree that it may not make it into V8, though.

That would be lovely! I am Waiting for this feature for a long time. It is a hard way around through Eagle using the ULP.

    Kind Regards
