Can I change the line thickness of a symbol?

Open the symbol > select the lines you want to modify > change the Line weight parameter

the LWT option in the bottom right menu has to be on (you can activate it in the title block to get it updated for new drawings)

You have to update modified symbols that are already inserted by doing right click on the symbol > Symbol > Update, or do it for the whole project from Process menu > Update data
