    I have the exact same problem, but now I sit with a huge very important design I can't use. It seems that I now have to start from scratch and re design the entire damn thing. I should never have installed this damn V4

    Same here I used it for a few days and now I can't log in. This is the only computer I have used it on. I to have several drawings that I can't' use now.

    Same here I used just once, after that I can't log in.

    Same here, logged in once after installation. Worked until i closed it. Next start I got the login error. Tried to re-install it, still the same error. Also disabled my firewall for a short time, did not help.

    I do not understand why free software needs to be online connected to the internet.

    I can not always be online.

    Hi all,

    We can understand your frustration with this ongoing downtime and we apologize for this. Our engineers are working towards a solution to be deployed ASAP.

    The standard requirement for DSM and our other DesignSpark software is that a user comes online at least once every 30 days for their licence to be renewed.

    Once the software is open, you do not need to be online in the same session and can continue designing without obstructions.

    Only some of our services like the 3D library portal, 3D print quotations, start pages & technical support need a network connection.

    As for myself, I'm at least on the software almost every day. The 30 day thing never worked for me, once I get offline it will not and in fact never ran if not online.

    everything works as it should. There is no problem with logging in
