For a hole, use the PULL tool to a hole edge generating an edge chamfer, this is known as a Countersink.
Select the chamfer and amend it's sizes as shown. Equal width to depth chamfer creation is made, then modified in it's 'Properties' tab. Also, selection of width or depth arrows, offers inputs by Distance / Distance or Distance / Angle upon selection in the mini tool bar. Tab through or select the input field.
To change the Chamfer or a dimple depression by using the overall size (not the chamfer width), it's also possible to alter size and angle in 3D mode. Use the PULL tool in combination with an annotation dimension and the Draft function to complete the task.
Note by the preselection of it's diameter for a measure ( keyboard shortcut E key), this sets the annotation plane automatically upon actioning the Dimension command.

Chamfers created with the pull chamfer command may be selected and operated in a single operation. Multi face, multi orientation chamfers can be selected - reselect individually to deselect.
To create and match or match chamfer sizes use the Upto option. Importantly, only the chamfer 'face' normal direction arrow will allow this and must be selected prior command Upto.

Width Upto will expand / contract it's edge until meeting the nominated Upto edge or face.
Depth Upto will alter it's depth until meeting the nominated Upto edge - typically another chamfer depth.
For a post, a Chamfer may be applied to add material such as pulling an edge when a cylinder is attached to a face.
