Bazatone 0 NIQ DingBEN January 29, 2018 17:35 @ Barry Bellevue-de Sylva ...now, I am new at this... but just from the looks at substance I fail to see how you could even compare Solidworks to this DesignSpark skeleton ... or can you be more thorough and show some comparative material of the Elephant/mouse caliber.really! ex-Solidworks! ...please show me an example in DesignSpark in full motion(animation), dressed up with all the forces at each point of torque... and include the options for the materials strength and size that fulfill the forces requirement. -2 Barry Bellevue-de Sylva January 29, 2018 19:56 I do hope your utterly pointless comment made you feel better about yourself. If you suffer from small appendage syndrome I have a 3D printer that could make a bigger one to divert your attention. 1 Udo Graesser July 04, 2018 18:21 @Barry: i know what you mean ...@NIQ: you cannot compare Solidworks with DesignSpark, but for some easy 3Dprinting objects i also prefer an easy to use tool against this Solidworks elephant. It depends what you will do and what is needed for your design object. I call it "choose your weapon". Makes no sense to shoot to a mouse with a cannon that destroys the whole house. You got it? To the developers of this tool: thanks a lot for this tutorial videos and this cool tool. I tried a lot of tools before, free ones and expensive ones, but not a single one of this tool did it in such a clear way. I think that you have understood what designers want. I didn't understand the concept of CorelCad, had big problems with SketchUp, minor problems with freecad. But DesignSpark mechanical seems to be the best when you have to design some threads or screws. Thanks to let us work with this for free! Udo 1 Please sign in to leave a comment.
