I might be interested in paid training or paid support regarding the design of control panels in the US. I will say that the community/forum does not seem to be very active.
Hi,
I can't seem to locate the "schematics" tab after creating a new blank file.
If I open a "project", I can see the schematics tab, but if I create an individual drawing page, I cannot view the "schematic" tab to add symbols.
Any assistance would be much appreciated...

Hi Quinton.
Some menus and buttons are contextual. If you create a new scheme page, the schematics tab is active. In wiring line diagrams, a 'Line Diagram' tab is enabled. In both, you have the option to insert a symbol.
If you have inserted a cover page or report, you can't add symbols to them.
Kind regards,
DS Support
Thank you "DS Support".
I'd like to be able to make a "single page schematic" and know where on the computer it is saved.
I see the software keeps track of "projects", which include a schematic page, but I don't know if my backups are including this or not.
I'd like to create a new black schematic page, not in a project, which I believe I can do (by clicking New from the "File" tab). How can I do this properly and add schematic symbols?

Hi Quinton,
Take a look in this folder: C:\ProgramData\DesignSpark Electrical
The title block templates are located there along with project data backups.
Does this GIF help with what you're trying to do?

That GIF is very clear - Thank you
Quinton
