There is a basic calculator for stripline (above an earth plane) built in.

From the menu bar, Tools - Design Calculators - Track Impedance.

Select " Microstrip", enter you board parameters and you get the approx capacitance per cm or inch.

There is no clever in app calculator for a specific track.

I cannot see an easy way of finding the total track length, but if you CTRL Click the segmens of complete net, then right click -- Properties you will get the whole length to use the C/cm for total capacitance.

If you are interested in using an external tool, you can try CapExt(www.capext.com), which is a program developed especially for accurate capacitance extraction from PCBs.*

The software is commercial, but you can get a free trial through the website above.

*Disclaimer: I'm the main developer of CapExt.

If you are looking for a fast and accurate way to perform parasitic extraction on a PCB layout (e.g. a capacitive touch sensor) you can use this capacitance parasitic extractor. You can simply import your designs and it automatically creates the 3D layout. It even calculates the effect that traces have on the design.

This software is commercial, you can get a free trial to try it out for yourself.
